Warm up for the fall - Play the Cup!

Tournament Wrap up

Monday 8/31/2009 - Despite three rounds of storms on Friday and Saturday, the teams participating the 2009 August Cup were able start all of the ~430 scheduled and rescheduled round robin games. The tournament staff greatly appreciated your patience and understanding while we did the rescheduling twice on Saturday. Sunday turned out to be an excellent day and all teams got to play their round three game and rescheduled round one game. A special thank you the 500+ volunteers and 200+ referees that made the tournament possible as the schedules changed.

Thank you for your participation in the 2009 August Cup! Good Luck with your fall season! We look forward to seeing your team back in 2010!

DSC Jersey in CameroonPassbacklogoPassback -The August Cup collects gently used soccer gear (jerseys, shorts, shoes, cleats, socks, gloves, etc) for Passback, the national program sponsored by the US Soccer Foundation and Major League Soccer that recycles our old gear so that others can enjoy the Beautiful Sport.
